FAQ
Why do you charge so much?
Owning a plumbing business is very expensive. When a lot of homeowners get a quote from any plumbing company they tend to think the price is inflated. They are focused on the price not considering what it takes for a plumbing company to stay in business.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your work or parts?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Often times a manufacturer’s warranty is longer than 1-year.

Yes, we offer a service maintenance plan.
What’s the best way to reach you? Phone, chat, email, etc.?
All forms of communication are great but we’d love to speak with you over the phone. The phone is the easiest way to quickly understand what you need repaired or installed.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we are happy to come and give you a quote. We can’t offer a quote over the phone since plumbing is so involved. We need to give you an accurate quote in person.

We accept cash, check, and credit card. Payment is due upon the completion of the job.
